Painting from the Heart
The Painting Experience is about using paint as a tool for self-discovery, a way home to ourselves, to feel connected to what is truly ours and long forgotten. How that happens is not even up to you. When you join with the creative spirit, it joins you to everything. All that is required is to trust the process to carry you. You bring your presence to this process and it will carry you to places that will surprise and mystify you. You will experience an eternal river of creative energy that is more complete and more intelligent than you ever imagined, and needs nothing more than to be joined.
In our workshop, we won’t teach you how to paint and we won’t direct you towards a making a product, but we will encourage you to follow your heart; to listen to your intuition, to enter a state of not knowing, which is the doorway to the creative, to spirit.
You will be facilitated by questions to open the connection, to assist you in finding the thread that awaits you. You will find the materials simple and easy to use, the environment safe and respectful. Your journey will be deepened and enriched by films on the creative process and by group discussions on the process.
